RETURN REQUESTS
A. Unconditional Returns:
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., size, preference), you may apply for a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please note that the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
B. Product Issues (Defective / Not as Described):
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping cost.
RETURN CONDITIONS
A. Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
B. Items marked as Sale or Final Sale cannot be returned.
C. Please ensure that all accessories, tags, and labels are intact.
REFUND RANGES
After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be issued within 3 - 5 business days.
The actual time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
If your package has not arrived, please provide valid proof (such as a carrier’s confirmation) within 24 hours of the marked delivery time.
After verification, we will offer a replacement shipment or a full refund.
